土库曼首都——阿什哈巴德

阿什哈巴德是土库曼斯坦的首都，也是全国政治、经济、文化中心。阿什哈巴德位于卡拉库姆沙漠南部，土库曼斯坦南部的奥特拉尔山脉东南侧，地处欧亚大陆中心，是重要的交通枢纽和商贸中心。

阿什哈巴德的历史

阿什哈巴德有着悠久的历史，最早见于公元前三世纪。在中世纪时期，阿什哈巴德是位于丝绸之路上的重要贸易城市。19世纪末，沙俄占领土库曼斯坦，将阿什哈巴德列为该地区的行省首府。20世纪初，土库曼斯坦成为苏联加盟共和国之一，阿什哈巴德成为该国的共和国首府。1991年土库曼斯坦独立后，阿什哈巴德成为该国的首都。
